Delivery - GPO or Courier Service
We aim to deliver all standard goods as soon as possible within a 30 day period.
We will contact you to arrange a suitable date for any non standard goods e.g. Wedding Stationary, Wedding favours which are made to order for a specific date.

Cancellation
Orders (with exceptions as detailed below) can be cancelled within 7 working
days of delivery and a full refund, excluding delivery and return costs, will be
given upon receipt of the returned goods.

Notice of cancellation must be made within the 7 day period by calling 0131 333 2955

Exceptions - Orders for personalised items which have been
"made to order" (e.g. Wedding Favours, candles, etc) cannot be cancelled, however this does not affect your statutory rights.
